Refund policy

All ammunition sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Due to Department of Transportation regulations, we cannot accept returns on ammunition once shipped.

For all other items, please contact us at info@fortscottgear.com before sending anything back. Once your return is approved, items must be returned within 30 days of purchase in unopened, original packaging. A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Customers will be charged a 10% restocking fee for all orders cancelled before they are shipped.

If your item arrives damaged, contact us immediately at info@fortscottgear.com with photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will review each case individually and work to make it right.
