Can I cancel my order?
We process and ship orders quickly, sometimes within hours of being placed. Because of this, cancellations cannot be guaranteed. If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately at info@fortscottgear.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request. If your order has already shipped, please refer to our return policy.
Do you price match?
We strive to offer competitive pricing on everything we carry. If you find a lower price on an identical in-stock item, contact us at info@fortscottgear.com and we'll do our best to help.
Shipping & Fulfillment
How long does it take for my order to ship?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day. Delivery timeframes vary by location and carrier. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — we offer free shipping on all orders over $150.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Are there any restrictions on what you can ship to my state?
We ship to all 50 states. However, some products may be subject to state and local laws and regulations — including magazine capacity restrictions and ammunition laws. It is the customer's responsibility to know and comply with the laws in their state before placing an order. Orders placed for restricted items may be cancelled.
Returns & Damages
What is your return policy?
Please contact us at info@fortscottgear.com for all return inquiries before sending any item back. If your return is approved, items must be returned within 30 days of purchase in unopened, original packaging. A 10% restocking fee applies and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please note that all ammunition sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, contact us immediately at info@fortscottgear.com with photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will review each case individually and work to make it right.
